Stud Service Policy
It is our policy that every female German Shepherd Dog must meet the following requirements prior to breeding with our stud. Please do not bother to contact us regarding stud services if your female fails to meet any of these standards.

Females must be both physically and mentally sound. Any female that does not fit into the GSD breed standard, or who shows any signs of excessive fear or aggression will not be considered for breeding.

Females must be registered with at least one of the following organizations: USA, SV, AKC, CKC. We will need to be provided with a copy of the registration.

Females must be at least two years of age. We will need to be provided with a recent photograph and a copy of the pedigree (3 generations+).

Females must have obtained at least one recognized working or obedience title. (i.e. must have a BH or an equivalent title) We will need to be provided with the records (ie. copy of scorebook) of the acheivements.

Females must have their hips certified free of dysplasia. We prefer that females have their elbows certified free of dysplasia as well. Records must be provided.

In the event of a live breeding, females must be current on vaccinations for the duration of their stay at our kennels. They must also be tested by a licensed veterinarian and found negative for brucellosis and vaginal infection within 2 months before breeding is to occur. Proof in writing must be submitted.
